The Christmas NQ is a video this year featuring stories and Christmas messages from a number of people who have kindly supported the magazine this year in various different ways.
Among them is Northampton writer Alan Moore who talks about the filming of his new movie and the Leader of the House of Commons Andrea Leadsom attending the Caring Sharing Trust Christmas sing a long.
The video features an original composition by Conscious Program built from sounds recorded in Northampton as well as a look at the current state of the Queen Eleanor Cross.
NQ Editor Steve Scoles said: “This little video has been shot and produced using smartphone level technology. The tools to do this are in everybody’s hands now, we’re not aiming to be CNN but if this inspires others in the community to tell their stories and if it helps bring alive the stories we are telling then it has done its job. Mainly we want to say Happy Christmas and thankyou to everyone who has got behind us.”
