The National Leather Collection is hosting a series of free lunchtime lectures this week revealing the history of leathercraft.
The NLC, housed above the Grosvenor Centre (via the Market Square entrance), contains an eclectic mix of historical leather artefacts, from fragments of ancient books to Napoleonic militaria.
The lectures run from 21st – 23rd November, 12-2pm each day, in conjunction with the University of Northampton and as part of the University of London Being Human Festival.
