Northampton Town Centre has been littered with free music on a glorious late summer day.
Market Square, Abington Street, the Platform Club, Fish Street, All Saints, the NN Cafe, the museum and the Guildhall all provided stages.
There was music for all tastes from thrash to jazz and back again.
The crowds were not huge but that did mean a very pleasant relaxed atmosphere was running through the event.
